Insane

Motel 8 Minot, ND - husband and I rode in on motorcycles from Lusk, WY to Minot to see my son at the base. Prevailing winds were 40 mph with gusts up to 45-50mph that day. We we're beat. The maid makes you get up at 0700. Check out is at 1100. Fake apologies do not cut dangerous riding conditions on no sleep. Unprofessional!

Our company stays at the Super 8 as often as we can find them available. BUT not another single employee from our business can stay at the super 8 in MINOT ND. Andy talks real fast so you do not have a clue to what he is saying. When I asked him to slow down he did not, I guess he thought it was funny that I could not understand him. He told me to call in the morning and talk to his supervisor "Linda". I did call in the morning and I spoke with Linda and she said that she works for him that he was actually her supervisor. Why could he not say he was the supervisor, instead of passing the buck. So I called back when Andy was back on shift. He is one of the rudist motel customer service personal I have had to deal with in a long time. After he would not let me express me concerns I did hang up on him and like I said I won't have to worry about talking to him again as WE will stay at another motel/hotel. (The real reason I was calling my employee got hung up in Rolla ND at a job we had him at. So he could not make it to Minot. I was calling to see what we could do about the room, as I have already stated we had stayed there when ever we were going up north or back to Montana). I also asked Andy who the owner was of this motel and he told me it was none of my business. Thank you! Nila Ruckdaschel
