I've had one negative experience after another with this credit union. They talk a good game but do very little once they get your money in terms of customer service, getting questions answered for you and just a general level of respect in treating the customer. Lisa and Evon in collections will use deceptive tactics to try customers into paying overages, fee's and other charges in connection with doing business with you. My personal experience ranges from being 8 days late on a car payment and having a to endure a screaming match over the phone with Lisa who then had my car repossessed the next nite because she thought I didn't want to make my payment when all I was asking for was an extra 2 days until I got paid. They just don't seem to value their customers, even the ones that have been with them for 18 years. I finally left their bank as their customer service just got to be so shoddy that I left them.

I don't bank here and I can't get them to stop sending me text messages.
