Group Activities include Horse Shoe, Croquet, Tetherball, BBQ, Firepit, Kiddie Area With Sandpit/Swings/Teeter-Totter.

PET POLICY - Sunset View Resort charges a non-refundable pet fee of $15.00 plus tax per pet. This fee is to cover the additional cleaning that is necessary when a room has been occupied by your pet.
We have reserved our 1st floor rooms for accommodating pets. This allows for easy access to our grounds for those frequent trips outside with your furry friend.


The list below reflects the time periods where we require a minimum stay of 2 or 3 nights.

Minimum stay requirements are common in the hospitality industry. This requirement is only implemented during the dates when we project to have an occupancy rate of 80% or more.

It is important to note that this list may change at any time should we deem it necessary to do so. However, existing reservations will not be subject to this change.

Please be aware of the minimum stay periods when you are making your reservation.
