First Time Belief in Auto Dealerships by Garry - 10/31/2008I have only gone to a dealership once in 35 years, now twice. I have always heard horror stories. TIMES HAVE CHANGED. I got the best deal I could find on snow tires and wheels from Sunset Audi.
When they were changing me over to snow tires they found I needed rear breaks and rotors. How much would this cost--$500.00 BUT, I was told my care was under warranty! WOW.
My impression of dealers changed some more. In the old days a dealership would have let it go until it was out of waranty and then I would pay the $500.
So THANK YOU Kim G for taking excellent care of me and my car. I now feel comfortable taking my care into a dealership--Well, comfortable with Sunset Audi.
