Worst ever!! Do not use these guys!! by Should of taken a taxi!! - 07/19/2009
I have never been so disappointed!! I had planned a party for a friend and wanted to get her a limo for her birthday. I booked with Sunset and was told they had the best cars in Denver. When the driver showed up not only was he 20 minutes late but the vehicle he had was not the one I had requested and paid for. I was not offered any discount or anything for that matter. The driver was very rude and unprofessional!! The owner, Kevin, was also rude and unprofessional!! I called to try to get something worked out and was told that I still had a night out on the town so I should be fine!! I could of overlooked late, maybe the different vehicle, maybe the rudeness... but all 3?? I will NEVER use them or refer anyone I know to them!! They need to learn to be honest about their service and their vehicles!!
