We have thoroughly investigated the above anonymous claim and concluded that this was not posted by a valid Sunset Fence, Inc. customer. Other than this post, we have received zero phone calls, letters, faxes or emails regarding the issue. If this was a legitimate issue, a complaint would’ve been filed with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and/or the Registrar of Contractors (ROC). The ROC requires all licensed contractors to guarantee their work for 2 years, Sunset Fence, Inc., guarantees our work for 10 years! The ROC has a recovery fund that all licensed contractors pay into, if a contractor fails to warranty their work, the recovery fund pays to correct the problem, and the original licensed contractor will have their license suspended. We are a family owned and operated business and take great pride in our customer's satisfaction. We are members of both the BBB (www.bbb.com) and Arizona Registrar of Contractors(www.azroc.gov).In the 33 years we have been in business, we have zero outstanding complaints with any organization. We always stand behind our work, it is our key to success in contracting. The above claim is obviously not intended for our company.
