The Owners do not care about their resadence and take advantage of their low or fixed income status. They put no monies back into the park. Just enough to keep it legal.

worse park ever they make up lies against you we proved them wrong they still kicked us and even after i moved there manager Melanie was asking people that knew us where we where and stuff then i was shopping at winco and this lady came up to me and asked me if i had any meth for sell i was like WHAT who the heck told you that and she told me melanie the manager at sunrise so i called the owner and she said she would handle it and it happened again so i went to her myself and the cops got involved witch nothing really happened they did tell me to take my story to the state them ppl in there are money hungry they don't give a care about the ppl in there if you do drugs and drink and party then this is the place for you but be aware they are pencil pushers ..

We stayed in sunrise for 4 months when we first pulled in they quoted us a price that included electric at the end of the month we recieved a electric bill from them, that was the first lie. When we went to check out they told us we couldn't us the parks dumpster to throw our stuff away we could not take with us even though we paid $50 extra a month to use it. They refused to give us back our deposit of $300.00, said we owed it in electric even though we fully paid our bills every month. Our RV is 27 foot. All gas but the A/c unit. The manager has behaviour commonly found with meth abuse. These people even dig through your trash. They are drug addicts and criminals.
