If you are looking to find a place to rent I would stay clear of this park. It's rules and regulations that they keep changing swing more to a communist regime with lies and faults promises. You sign into a lease with no way out and maintenance that takes months to get even looked at. You are not allowed to fix anything with the house on your own without papers from the main office given to a couple men that have an over taxed schedule of things that need to get fixed in the park. When something is fixed they replace it with the worst and cheapest parts available so they can break down and cause the same issues and waiting game that was done before. When you have had it and decide to move out they fix up the house using your deposit and claim that the costs’ were all due to your occupancy.
