The owner told me that it would be around $50 to repair my scooter - three weeks later, he calls to tell us that it is ready and the repair bill is over $200.00. That is against the law, and when I told him so - he threatened me and the scooter. I have reported him to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General office.

One of the most unethical persons that I have ever delt with. I bought a used Dodge truck from him. 64 miles later it was in the shop getting a new engine, exhaust manifold, carburetor and alternator. And the windshield leaks! I've spent over $4000 in repairs. He would do nothing. The shop that replaced the engine said that it smelled like the crank case had been filled with 90 weight gear oil to mask the problems. I don't know if that's true but I will never deal with this person again. Buyer beware!
