They won't come back to finish the job! by Frustrated - 10/30/2009We installed our landscaping with Suncrest in May/June. They told us they'd come back to install the drip line (which was part of our original bid) when we planted and also bury the 2 drain connectors to the down pipes that they neglected while they were here. After 2 months, they finally came back and installed 60% of the drip line but didn't finish the job. We also have a serious drainage issue in one section of the yard from their grading. I have called at least a dozen times and left several messages. There was only once when the owner said he'd come and look at what needed to be done, but never showed up and won't answer my calls now or return any messages. I had to pay nearly $300 to another company to finish the job. DON'T PAY FOR THE ENTIRE JOB UNTIL THE ENTIRE JOB IS DONE!
Very rude on phone by spastish - 05/21/2009Called this company and I asked if it was a landscaping company. He just said, "yes, no jobs." and hung up on me. Very rude.
