Would recommend to All by Matt and Cindy - 08/05/2009My wife and I live in Sandy. We have been planning on remodeling the outside of our home for a few years. It was clapboard and it was weathered. We had a number of stucco contractors give us bids on the work. Rudy was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and gave us the best bid and the most confidence. The work was completed last week, and we could not be happier. Rudy and his crew were a pleasure to work with and the results are tremendous. We have a brand new house! The work was done efficiently, effectively, and customized to meet our needs. The best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Rudy went out of his way to make us comfortable with the process and went as far as to coordinate schedules with the soffit and fascia contractor to make the job go more smoothly. I would recommend Rudy and his crew to anyone.

Recommended Contractor by CPJproperties - 06/17/2009I own an apartment complex here North Salt lake that where badly cracking and had water damage along the bottom from sprinklers spraying the water directly.Called Sun Valley repairs And had an estimate that same day.It was in the same ballpark as the other two bids but the details where better explained by Sun Valley.The apartment complex looks like new and I couldnt be more impressed by these guys they have it all.
MY STUCCO HEROES by tinarules50@yahoo.com - 06/11/2009My name is Tina I own a home in the south end of the valley Draper area and year after year I had the same problem during late winter early spring time and heavy rain I noticed my windows started cracking around the edges on the drywall in the bathroom and by the front door I replaced windows,raingutters I even had a another stucco guy come and change the stucco trim around the window and it helped but the water damage started appearing at the bottom of both windows I was frustrated.Then a girlfriend who uses angies list a contractor refinery if you will gave me Rudy,s number I called he came the same day and we walked around the windows and he explained to me what the problem was sounding very sure of himself so I trusted him.Its beign raining heavily lately and I dont hear the noise it used to make before you could actually hear the water making its way into the home.One less problem to worry about THANKS RUDY AND CREW
stucco repair by Sulay - 06/02/2009I have a brick home that needed some repair I called Rudy with Sun Valley stucco repairs and gave me a few options on what we could do to salvage the deteriorating brick.We ended up lathing or (chicken wire) as Rudy calls it cement over the wire and color coat Rudy explained to me all the procedures that took place and it feels good to have a little bit of knowledge on what your paying for P.S BEST EXPERIANCE WITH A CONTRACTOR WHICH IS VERY RARE
