not at all caring of patient's concerns by Kathi - 04/17/2009These people assured me over the phone that I could have a toothache taken care of on first visit. So, I went and was put thru an assistant who did a bunch of x-rays, in spite of me asking to talk to the dentist first, as I have extreme dental phobia, and wanted to meet him to see if I was comfortable with him. After the x-rays were done, a man (turns out he was dentist) walked in with his face still covered by mask from previous customer. He did not intro himself and addressed me rather harshly about the x-rays. I asked him about my options, and he said we would need to schedule a number of procedures. I asked about the pulling or fixing of the tooth with current pain, and he said he could do nothing on that day. After my insisting that the reason I was there was because I was told on the phone that he would. He then called the woman who had told me that into the room and balled her out right in front of me, my husband and the entire office staff. I'm sure every one in the office hear
