Purchased an SSR from Sun Sport Cycle on Jan 21/21 which totaled $7,131.75. From the moment they dropped it off at my home I have had nothing but problems with it. It has gone back-and-forth to Sun Sport Cycle countless times. It runs for a very short time then stops. This machine is a Chinese import. It looks great, but it’s a total piece of junk. I asked for a refund which was denied, however they offered to buy it back for $2500. I’ve accepted the ridiculously low ball offer because I’m backed into a corner. I can’t keep it because it constantly breaks down and no other company will even try to fix it because they know it’s a piece of junk. I refuse to personally sell it because I know how atrocious it is and don’t want to have that on my conscience. BUYER BEWARE they will have this back on the floor for someone to buy. The employees are great and I have nothing but kind words about my experience with them. I cannot however understand how a company does not stand behind it’s products. The owner of this company has not reached out to me personally. I have only been able to speak to employees. It is very sad that Sun Sport Cycle does not care about selling quality products or carry about ripping people off. They sold me a lemon and cheated me out of $4631.75.

I don't know where some of these people are coming from. I have been treated wonderful every time I go there. The service is first class. Everybody is helpful and friendly. This is the place to buy and have your spot vehicle serviced.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. We Spent over 50k on a brand new boat with them and they don't stand behind the warranty they sold us. They are total crooks and terrible customer service. Wouldn't send my worst enemy to them. ZERO stars.

The worst experience I have ever had, I would never ever go there again nor recommend anyone. If your looking for good Customer service and this is the only place to buy your vehicle please travel a bit further to get your vehicle. They treat you badly. They even shared my information with someone without my consent which I'm looking into for legal actions against them. They are over priced and will not honor there online price. Not even the store manager wanted to honor the online price. When I asked them to at least price match another place in Naples they didn't want to. Luckily the owner was there and he said to do it. Parts and service dept treated me so great. So I will not leave them out. They are the only reason why I stayed to buy it there. They treated me with respect and didn't play any b.s games. I would like to thank them for making that horrible day a little better.

Bought a yahama v star 950 cruiser and couldn't be happier! They gave me a great deal (other dealers in FT myers to tampa area were either higher or did not even return my call. Owe me saddle bags they are coming to pick up my bike and then return it to me I live in Venice Fl. THAT'S SERVICE. Parts dept is great as is all the staff I met.

I walk in and look at some bikes, nobody walk up to me to ask if they can help me, that fine.. Anyways when I did ask for help I told them I will like to trade in a 2013 Harley with 1000 miles on it for one of there sportbikes.. And they low ball me on my bike so bad it wasn't even funny.So I said no and they let me walk right out with out even trying to make a sale I mean wtf. The next day I went to Naples And I told them what I like to do, the same trade and the accept my trade and gave me 3,500 more then sunsports 500 more then my payoff, and I got the bike I wanted.So as far as buying a bike from sunsports that will never happen they suck and there service sucks..And I can say that since I been riding for 20 years. And have only Heard bad story's about this place..And all I wanted to do was give them a chance.

Tim was great, called Saturday am for boat, did everything and delivered boat from Ft. Myers to me in West Palm Beach and was in the water before 7 pm , It has been a great experience so far, from sales to financing and delivery....hope any follow up needs get the same great service.

Avoid this service department at all costs. They took over a month to complete a repair and I had to return bike the next day because of a coolant leak. Bike broke down 300 miles later and dealer is denying any responsibility.It is hard to get through by phone and they are slow to respond when you are present.

THEIR PARTS SUCK. I ORDERED A PART THEY HAD IN STOCK IT TOOK 3 DAYS FOR THEM TO SHIP TO ME. I WOULD NEVER BUY PARTS FROM THEM AGAIN. AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE THEIR IN PARTS THEY HAVE NO IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE IF YOU NEED A PART DONT ORDER FROM THEM

bought my 2010 honda fury at sun sports and got the lowest price in the area and the guys went beyond my expectations. i was in and out in no time and got my bike real fast.

I purchased a VX Delux wave runner in 8/2008 and in 12/2009 the gel coat is bubbling. Sun Sports said it could be from humidity HELLO I live in Florida. I am 3 months out of warranty and Sun Sports or Yamaha will do nothing about the bubbling gel coat. I have a boat and have never had this problem. Sun Sports basically said I would have to pay to fix it.
