IT TAKES AT A MINIMUM 2 WEEKS FOR SERVICE by

Looking at the equipment purchased from Sumner Tractor and when Mosby owned the company and how different the service is, When Paul Mosby owned the company I never had a piece of equipment sent in for service take more than a week in extreme cases. The new owners have a different idea is for service, thinking it was the same as before I never questioned the time frame for getting our X330 mower and a 2320 loader drag tractor serviced during the slow time . After they picked up the equipment (on time and when promised) a week later I called asking when the equipment will be returned only be given a respond that at best it would take two weeks and most the time is four to six weeks just for service and longer if they have to order parts. I understand cut backs and all but if I knew this ahead of time I think the equipment setting at my house so I can use it during this extended wait time instead of their equipment lot, and had it picked up a day before they actually going to work on itI THINK THEY NEED TO BETTER UNDERSTAND WHAT SERVICE MEANS AND DO BETTER ON SCHEDULING THEIR WORK CLOSER TO WHEN THE WORK IS GETTING DONE. HOPING FOR IMPROVEMENT!!!
