Don't go in there if the old guy is working. He is rude and impatient. The lady that works there is very nice and helpful.

Absolutely terrible! I called to see if there was a package waiting for me there and some older guy answered the phone, seems like the owner. I asked him if there was a possibility if a package would be there for me. He rudely said "this isn't the post office". And then continued to hang up on me. Are you kidding me?? He couldn't have tried to help me find out who I need to be speaking to?

The woman that works there is a blessing. The fat, old, balding jerk with glasses is one of the most rude and inconsiderate people ever. I asked for his help printing and he would ignore me and help everyone else who came in. When I finally got fed up and went to pay, he asked if I had more to do. I told him no as I was not appreciating being a paid customer who was being ignored. He told me I didn't have to be a jerk about it. I will never go back there when he's working!!

guy yelled at me because i was paying for a padded envelope with my debit card which costed a 1.37 he said (quot) i hate it when you guys come in and do this sh!t. i then replied your still getting money from me no matter how little it is he then interrupted me as i was speaking to help a gentlemen behind me and said im going to help this american!! wow really!! i am american you racist @#$ just because my skin wasnt white you have to make a disrespectful comment i then asked for my package back because i said he was rude he threw it on the counter from approximately 3 feet away possibly damaging a phone i was sending this is the old fellow that works here. i would really recommend NOT doing buisness here.

I have been to this postal store about 5 times total and I am done. Each time is more unpleasant then the previous visit. The employees are friendly and helpful. I have been waited on by a younger college man and another newer gal in her 30's. The owner is another story, he's always grumpy, never gives me any options for shipping he just chooses for me and tells me the price. I don't mind paying more than the post office for good service but I want a friendly attitude. I went to have him help me with some copies for a wedding, I understand this project was time consuming and a little tedious but his attitude about it was down right rude. If someone can't complete a project because it's out of his expertise then just simply explain that instead he flat out said how

much he HATES these projects. He was clearly getting upset and could not control his anger. If you visit this establishment make sure you peek in the door before u go in and make sure the older gentlemen. Is not there!!!! You will thank me.

I took a package to Sumner Pos...

I took a package to Sumner Postal in early December. The package was a one of a kind, homemade Christmas gift to a friend in Portland, Or. They never gave me any shipping options, just a price to pay. The package never arrived. They supposedly shipped it USPS, which I didn't even know was an option. They only listed UPS and FEDEX. They gave me a package ID, for tracking, but told me later that I would have to have paid more for them to activate it, and that it was too late after it was sent. I could have taken the package to USPS myself, it is closer and would have been much cheaper. Sumner Postal seems to be a high-priced middle man who will not be held responsible for "lost" items. They just kept stringing me along, assuring that it would arrive by Christmas. It is now the end of February and I still owe my friend a gift. Sumner Postal won't even refund their charges, so I am out the time, cost of the gift, wrapping supplies and inflated shipping charges. I will NEVER recommend this place!
