Best Money I ever spent!

by Love Summit! , 03/18/2010

If you think you can't afford to send your child to the best school in Cedar Rapids, think again! If you can afford daycare, you can afford Summit. And Summit is worth every penny! They don't just give a student an incredible education in reading, writing, math and science. They also teach social skills and self advocacy. They have an "SOS" code that the students live by. The result? A well balanced, self-confident successful learner that is well prepared for the next phases of life. I can honestly say, the tuition I pay at Summit is the best money every spent.

Exceptional teachers, staff, students and learning possibilities!

I love Summit! My daughter has been attending since pre-school and has thrived and made life long friendships. The tuition may seem pricey but is well worth it. There are scholarships available. The students learn great things like spanish, SOS, physical education, music education and art. A lot of public schools are leaving children behind by not making sure they are well rounded, Summit is not one to slack and leave children without all the tools neccessary to become thriving, dependable and productive members of society. A big round of applause to Summit!!!

Mother of two Confident enthustatic students

by a happy mom , 03/15/2010

I'm so happy that someone recommended me to Summit Schools that I'm going to share what a great school this has been for my children the last three years. Most days I can't get my car stopped and parked quick enough for the kids to jump out and run into the school. They are excited everyday to learn in a nuturing envirnoment where it is ok to learn differently and at a different speed. They are confident in their abilities as a student. Classroom size is small that allow for individualized learning. I like that I have access to the children's teacher on any given day to discuss whatever is on my mind. This accessiblity is an extension of the leadership lead by Erikka Benhart-Vosmek, where she is always available to greet students and talk with parents throughout the day. If you are looking for a great learning envirnoment for your child, check out Summit Schools

Wonderful School

by Satisfied Parent of 2 Students , 03/11/2010

I highly recommend Summit. My children really enjoy it. I value the small class sizes and individualized instruction. My children are confident and enthusiastic about learning. Teachers are very accessible and I am in almost daily contact with them. Parents are welcome at Summit and become involved through driving on fieldtrips, joining their children for lunch on pizza Fridays, volunteering in the classrooms and on school committees. Extra-curricular activities extend learning beyond the classroom. Teachers are open to new ideas and welcome input. Erikka Benhart offers inspired leadership. She is fresh and enthusiastic and always looking for ways to improve the school. Check out Summit for yourself. They have several open houses through out the year where you can visit and ask questions.

Great School

by Very Happy , 03/09/2010

We moved our son over after finding that his old school wasn't a got fit. WOW, what an amazing change, not only does he enjoy school, but he's learning!I wish we would have moved him earlier!

My Child Thrived

by SmileBig , 02/22/2010

My child was doing well in the public school setting, but I could tell things didn't always fit. As a parent it was a big leap of faith, but after making the transition I wish we did it earlier.
