It is a rare occassion that I go online to write a review of any kind; however, I dealing with Bill Summer has been such a pleasure that I think it is only fair to come on here and thank him. Bill installed a casement window for us almost a year ago. Due to a manufacturing defect in the glass (and through no fault of Bill) a small crack developed over the winter. I called Bill to see if the glass was covered by any sort of warranty or what I needed to do have it fixed. Bill was all over it. Within days the replacement glass was ordered and we are now just awaiting installation, which I'm certain will be a snap with Bill. Customer service is a lost art these days, but not with Mr. Summer and his window company. It is nice to deal with a business that doens't cause you more stress than you already have. Thank you, and keep up the good work.

We had a broken window in our living room. Bill's phone estimate was exactly correct (and extremely affordable), he was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly, and even vacuumed the area around the window when he was done. And as an added bonus, he was really nice to my dog.

During a three day snow storm, Bill arranged to have my window repaired the same day. I don't know much about windows, but he was able to figure out what I needed, and his phone estimate was right on target! I will definitely use him in the future!!

Bill spent over 2 hours figuring out how water was coming in through a window when Milgard said it wasn't the window but roofers said it wasn't the roof. Nobody wanted to spend the time trying to find the problem but Bill. thanks
