Gidget at Sue Sinclair Travel Center helped us plan our trip to Belize from providing us info on the various resorts, handled the booking of our air and resort and went over everything with us ahead of time. The vacation was perfect and everything from the flights, to transport to and from the Belize airport and our room was perfect. I will definitely be booking my next and future trips with this agency!

I'll agree that the ladies in the office are professional and excellent at what they do, but for whatever reason, Kim refuses to call me to say that a trip has been cancelled when they have cancelled it. Meanwhile, I have made arrangements for my pets to be boarded. I would not have wasted my time making reservations for my pets if they would have called me when the trip(s) have been cancelled. Not happy that they could NOT be bothered contacting me when the trip was cancelled.

Sue Sinclair Travel Center does a super job. Very professional and helpful. The owner has 50+ years in travel.
