For me, Bob was a hero! I was totally freaked out when I had a bat in my bedroom. Bob was totally understanding and came quickly to fix our problem. He had two guys with him and a lift to reach our roof on all four sides. He did the work necessary and I am thrilled. I still check everyday for signs of bats. . . and there is no sign of any. I got two quotes for the job. One was for $4800 and Bob only charged $1800. I thought he was wonderful.

Find someone else. This guy is the most unprofessional man I've ever encountered. I paid him alot of money to rid my house of bats. He gave me a 2 year warranty and then would not honor it. I had more bats in the house after he did the service than before. We called him and he said there was nothing he would do. We sent an email and he said because he didn't like the tone of the email he would punish us by putting us on the back of his list. Very bad person. Avoid a big problem and call anyone else. They are bound to be better than this guy. One star is one too many.

I have tried to contact him several time to remove the bat doors. He does not return phone calls. The last time I spoke with him he tried to make me feel guilty for wanting the job complete so I said he should speak with my husband and he immediately hung up and refused to answer his phone. I would have been happy if he told me he would be back in a month (or even two)but he would not commit to coming back even though he stated originaly he would be back in two weeks. Almost 3 months later the job is still not complete. check www.BBB.com there are 2 other complaints about him. I am sure I will be the third after I contact my CC company. I spent $1500.00 not small change
