• Applied kinesiology - muscle testing to determine weakness and strength
• Aroma therapy with 2 oils - tailored to individual
• Hot stones - to relax, warm muscles, aid circulation, and nurture
• 1/2 hour, 1 hour, 1 1/2 hour and 2 hour sessions available by appointment

Chair massage: Sit in a chair designed to hold your body in a comfortable, relaxed position while our therapist relieves tension in shoulders, neck, arms and back. No removal of clothing.
