Major Disappointment

I contacted this agency to purchase some insurance and found both the receptionist and the agent to be very rude.He told me he would get back to me in two days and when he didn't call after 4 days, I called him. He was very rude and hadn't even started on my insurance needs. Although this agency has been around for many years it has gone downhill. I found another agency that quickly and politely helped me.
