Sedation by MJ - 12/01/2009I appreciated that during the consultation my concerns were listened to with regard to sedation of our 4 year old, which made me uneasy. I appreciate the staff's willingness to first attempt to treat him without the sedation - WHICH WORKED! Thank you for having such a wonderful disposition and demeanor that my son could complete his treatment successfully. He had a positive outlook after his visit - the ice cream certificate really helped make this exciting for him!
i love sedation by Lisa - 11/20/2009One of the main reasons we came into Stonehaven was because of financial concerns. It was half of the cost for my childs sedation appointment at Stonehaven, compared to at the other Dentist. Also, at the other dentist all of my financial concerns were discussed out in the open at the front desk (which was uncomfortable and embarrassing) . At Stonehaven I so appreciate how financial questions are answered and explained in a private room, with no pressure. Also, your staff helped me to be able to pay for the treatment over time with no interest, and were able to get my daughter in for an appointment that day. I left the office and cried, from relief, because I was thinking of putting off my daughters treatment for a few months until I could save up to cover what my insurance didn't cover, but your office worked through all of my concerns. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
comfortable new x-rays by happy happy - 10/12/2009I just got back from Stonehaven Dental. They have new x-rays that are so much more comfortable! I always have hated going to the dentist even for cleanings because I have a small mouth and the x-rays kill. Not these x-rays, the assistant told me that they are new this week.They are so much better. I could even see the decay on the x-rays but the dentist was so kind at pointing out what they could do for me. I have just a few fillings and they were able to fit me in the schedule today! I didn't have to take off work again for another visit. They have 18 treatment chairs so they can get you in really fast and they are all so nice and made me feel great. I even had laughing gas for my cleaining and my fillings for FREE. I also loved that they got me right back and didn't leave me sitting in the waiting room forever like my old dentist. I didn't have all of the cash today and they set me up with a 12 month same as cash payment plan. I really can't think of how my visit could have been any
feel like family by intheday - 08/31/2009Dr. Eric did my last root canal, he was AWESOME! He is always friendly and kind, and nice to talk with. He called the next day to see how I was. I did not expect that at all.. He is great. The root canal went great. I did not have any pain after the numbing stuff wore off. Just the normal tenderness with eating. No pain medication needed at all. Thank you so much! Dr. Brett did the root canal the week before. He as well was very kind, and concered about keeping me comfortable. I had a good experience with that one as well.I was a bit more tender, but better than expected!
Knocked off my Socks by onlinemom - 08/27/2009Considering that I selected Stonehaven randomly online - when I initially called, everyone was so understanding, helpful, cheerful with a sense of urgency to squeeze me in last minute because of my chipped tooth, that initial phone call was a huge deciding factor for me, thank you. A professional, caring and warm clinic with truly wonderful staff. How about a year end bonus for these folks? I will have my family come in aswell for treatment, thanks.
We will never go back! by 10yearsinlehi - 07/13/2009Left pieces of tooth in my my husbands gums after he had his wisdom teeth out. Mentioned it to the Drs and they just walked away. My husband had to take a paper clip to his gums to get them out. We had work done to my son's teeth. Six months later we went in for a check up and were told that the Dr. didn't get all the cavity the first time the Dr. took complet fault for not getting it the first time. But did not offer to compensate for his mistake. Requiring us to pay in full. I had them fix a chip in my tooth. 4 months later the chip came off. The little chip I had in my tooth is now 4 times the size. Made me pay for a root canal for my daughter. She didn't need a root canal and they have never reimbursed me for the difference.

Great Dental Office by hstar - 05/14/2008Doctor Nate was great! Changed my husbands smile. Had a tooth that was dark and he wouldn't smile, the doctor fixed it and he looks great!!! Now he smiles. Another dentist wanted to put him in braces and charge us for extensive dental work. Thanks, Doctor Nate!
Not worth the money by J783 - 03/04/2008My husband had a root canal done through them and they did a good job but charged three times as much as other dentist offices would. We will not be going back to him and it is a shame too because the staff is nice and willing to work with us on appointments. He went to him because where we live it takes a couple of months to get into the dentist and he was able to get him in right away which was really nice but I am now wondering if it is because they do charge so much extra and people would rather go elsewhere. I like having dental work done well but they aren't that good to charge so much more then other places. So the employees are nice but we can find nice for a lot cheaper. Sorry
Don't cry by Jill in Draper - 09/14/2007Dr. Eric was super nice and answered all of our questions. The dental hygenist was very kind (and had a great light touch). Curtis helped us get our next appointment with out any problems and went out of his way to connect with us. Audrey's smile was a great way to start off a long time needed appointment and she offered us a tour of the new beautiful building! My husband and I were very satisfied and not too worried about our next appointments (unusual for us since the very word "dentist" has been known to make me cry). Thanks again!
