We are very sorry that we left you with the impression that we were unsympathetic to your child's possible dental emergency. We do make a point of explaining office policies prior to any new visit; this is done to ensure that you are familiar with what to expect when you arrive with your child. However, it should be a simple disclosure and never take precedence over the need to assist you in obtainining the best care for your child.We receive many calls for "potential emergencies" our guideline for this is based on if your child is feeling pain or has had an accident. Our staff discussed your review at length. While no one recalls this specific conversation, we appreciate this feedback. Once again we apologize for appearing to be insensitive to your immediate need. We take great pride in maintaining amicable patient relations and would appreciate another chance to prove this to your satisfaction.
