Horrendous Customer Support by customer - 09/12/2007
Stone Image sells you a product and then gives you a list of independent contracters to get your installation done. I was treated horribly by one of those contracters - The HEAT Source owned by Kevin Fields - with missed appointments, dirt poor communication and work that dragged on over weeks. Stone Image assumes no real responsibility.
