After few recommendation from our neighbors we decided to use Stone Creation to stamp our driveway and patio.

I called the office and I made an appointment with Teresa De La Vega to come over to give me a quotation. Teresa was very professional and she sold me on the project.

We sign the contract 10/28/2016, but the job didn't start until January 2017 because they wanted to wait until rainy season was over.

At the beginning of April we started seeing that the color was fading and in some cases completely white (the stain washed out) and also that the lines the cut in the concrete were chipping and breaking.

I called the office and I spoke to Tina. She advised me to send pictures of the damage area, which I did, but I did not get any response. Two weeks later I called the office again. She told me to resend the pictures, which I did again.

I decided to call the owner of the company Eric DeLa Vega. He never returned my calls.

On July 7th, I sent an email to Eric DeLa Vega regarding the issue and I received a respond from him. He acknowledge that there was something wrong and he agreed that they will fix the issues after the rainy season. I was fine with that.

In November a called to find out when they are planning to come and resolve the issues. I received no answer. I emailed Eric DeLa Vega again and again with no answer.

I probably called and email Stone Creation about 25 times in total and never once received an answer.

I find it hard to believe a company can operate that way and still remain in business. Particularly when doing business in The Villages.

I am posting this letter to make sure that people who live in The Villages Florida are not taken advantage of from people like Stone Creation because we are seniors.

They never return calls if there is a problem, Good Luck getting it repaired! Called over 25 times and no response. BBB rates them an F

They do not show up for estimates for initial work or estimates on repair work. If you decide to go with them be prepared to be on the waiting list for about 9 months. Calls are almost never answered and if you leave a message it most likely won't be heard. Best bet, call a different company. Stone Creations is extremely unprofessional and never punctual.

Initial job was done nicely. Have a couple of warranty repairs. First I was given an appointment for a month out which they never showed up for. When I called they re-scheduled and didn't show up again. I've now hired another contractor to complete the repairs that should have been covered under the warranty. They just don't show up. I filed a complaint with the BBB as well.

Initial job was done beautifully. However, beware as they do not show up for warranty repairs! Paying another contractor to complete the repairs that should have been under warranty.

Company does NOT respond to correct any problems with their work!
