Really bad direct mail campaign by Wise enough in Colorado Spring - 09/23/2009
Steve sent us a letter saying our mortgage had "gone under" review and he could possibly get us a restructured loan with no payments for the life of the mortgage. The letter had our lender at the top preceded by a "Re:" and a small-type disclaimer at the bottom indicating that Steve wasn't our lender, but the whole thing suggests sleaze.
