Called about a clogged main line, he showed up within 30 minutes of my call. Very friendly and professional, gave me an estimate and went to work right away. It took less time than expected with much less work than he estimated, final cost was less than half the estimate. Quality work at a very fair price.

Steve responded to an urgent call from us recently, on a Sunday no less. Potato peels had clogged our garbage disposal drain and some nasty water backed up into our sink. He was at our home in no time and set to work. He was meticulous with his work, laying out a drop cloth, keeping the work area free of debris and clutter. The work took maybe 30-45 minutes total. He then cleaned up, walked us through the work he had done and was out the door leaving two very satisfied customers in his wake. I have recommended Steve's services to anyone and everyone who is looking for an honest and hardworking plumber. I will use him for any and all sink and drain issues in the future. I hired this guy to clean my main and ended up with a $4500 repair for damage done to my main because he got his cable stuck in my main line. I had do dig up my yard and basement to run a new line. He is extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend him to anyone

I own several properties in the Twin Cities and have used Steve since he worked for Roto Rooter. I find him to be extremely hard working and very honest. I recently bought another property to rent out. It had been vacant for nearly two years. I called Steve to clear up a clog in the main line. He worked at this for several hours and ran his camera through the line and found a collapsed line. I was not terribly happy about this news, but Steve recommended a company he knows that does dig up work to replace sewer lines. It is never a good time to get this type of news, however due to the fact the house was vacant for this amount of time I was not surprised. I hired this guy to clean my main sewer line for tree roots as I have usually hired Roto Rooter in the past with out any issues. This guy said he would clean my main line for $130.00. He came to my house and was extremely rude about the construction of my home and was very unprofessional. He worked for 10 minutes with his machine and proceeded to get his cable stuck and break my main sewer pipe underneath my home. After 6 hours, 2 trips to the hardware store for tools he didn't have he came up out of my basement and told me I had to dig up my yard to get his cable out. I had to hire two companies to fix his damage at a result of $4500! Not only was my yard dug up, but also my entire basement. The guy is a complete buffoon and would show up randomly at my home to harass contractors who were giving me estimates and the contractors I had to hire. The man is creepy and borders on stalking!! Oh, and he doesn't have insurance to cover what he damages. Buyer Beware!!

Steve does indeed provide a most professional service. He really understands drain and sewer problems and does a very thorough job. Plus he doesn't leave a mess. I would recommend his service to anyone. Pete H. from Moundsview
