Wonderful Dentist! by Ang - 10/27/2009I booked my appointment for myself and my 3 year old's first dental appointment. The office staff was wonderful with scheduling our appointments so they would be done back-to-back. Upon completing the new patient forms we were immediately called back, no normal long wait like most doctors offices. My 3 year old does not do well with any doctors appointments, but the staff here was fantastic. Despite my daughters initial "no, I'm not showing my teeth", they worked with her to make it exciting and she loved her visit. During my visit Dr. Futrell was very welcoming and kind. My daughter was able to stay in the room with me during my visit and they had coloring books and crayons for her to draw with. I was walked around the office to see their technology they have there. Dr. Futrell and his assistant explained everything on my x-rays they took. I have never been to such a caring and nice dentist office as this one. Not only were they wonderful with me, but they were great with my daughter.
Great dental office!! by CJ - 04/10/2009I was referred to Dr. Futrell and Dr. Reese through friends and my military dental insurance United Concordia. Let me start off by saying what a professional and caring office this is! Upon being brought into the office for my first visit, they showed me through the office and let me know where everything was and what technology they have. After being seated in the room they told me what to expect out of the first visit. I was impressed! They took my x-rays explained where the cavities were, showed me pictures in my mouth, where I had cracked teeth and decay around old fillings. When the doctor came in he did a head and neck exam...I had never had one of these done and it made me wonder what kind of dentist doesn't do all this?? He took so much time explaining everything and gave me all options on how to fix my teeth. He let me decide what kind of fillings I could have. And recommended what would last longest. Dr, Chad Reese, Dr Futrells associate dentist by Rachel - 03/28/2009I see, Dr. Reese. Dr Futrell's associate dentist. Dr. Reese has been a dentist for 2 years and he is a phenominal dentist. I needed 4k dollars is dental work and I tend to bit a little when nervous without realizing it. Dr. Reese made my teeth look 100% better by doing it the most cost efficent way possible for me. He is very kind and understanding. He is very conscientious about making sure you are in no pain at all and is by far the most gentle dentist I have ever encountered. He has the nicest staff that works there and is by far the best dentist I have ever seen in my life.
