Step By Step Child Care Center Inc is a licensed child care facility serving children and parents in Ottawa, IL. We provide parents with the choice of a quality child care center with many educational opportunities for their children. We provide children with a place where they can feel secure and loved. We believe that early childhood teachers should teach process, not product. Our process teaches children valuable problem-solving skills that will help them learn throughout their lives.
