Where do I begin? We are 1000 miles away, literally! My brother got into some big trouble down there in Georgia. We did know how he was going to get him out of this. We hired a lawyer in a rush to get him out on bail and back home without doing much research and I was later unsatisfied. I prayed to God that he would send someone to help my brother and as I researched lawyers day and night! I found Mr. Cummins. He had just faced charges up here and then got into trouble down there; we did not know how we were going to get him out of this one. Initially we there were only two charges a felony (burglary) and a misdemeanor. Later another felony charge where he faced up to 15 years in prison. This was his second offense, when I tell you this was a disaster, this was the worst. He was able to get my brother probation. Can you believe that? PROBATION!!!! Every lawyer I spoke with in o many words said it was impossible, that he would go t prison for the charges he was up against.
