In December 2002, we opened Ray’s Marlin Beach Bar & Grill in Pittsburgh, Pa. Our concept was to bring the Florida lifestyle to Pittsburgh both in atmosphere and food. It worked so well that in 2003, the Pittsburgh Post Gazette selected Ray’s as one of Pittsburgh’s Best New Dining Spots.
