I had heard the cute Steamatic commercials on the radio over the past 6 months and eventually decided it was time to get my carpets cleaned. I called and got prices and made an appt. These folks are definitely not the cheapest, but I was thinking you get what you pay for and decided to get them out to my house. I wanted to have the whole house done because it had been quite some time since my last professional cleaning. Three or four days before they came out, Steamatic called me and told me that there might be a small delay from the promised time and asked if that would be OK. I was pleased that they communicated well and agreed to the delayed arrival.The team arrived on time and we discussed the job and they gave me an approximate time it would take to complete the job. I was amazed at their attention to detail, level of effort, ability to get out even the most tough stains in the carpet, and their professionalisim. They moved all of the furniture, spot treated the stains, extracted almost all of the water used, and raked the carpet when completed. All furniture had blocks under the legs to prevent staining and the furniture was placed back in the same spot it was moved from. I must say, all of my carpet including my 2 sets of stairs look like they did when the carpet was new.I just can't tell you how impressed I was with this team. I gave both of them a decent tip when they were finished. Though they took longer than they had anticipated, I was very pleased that they did because they wanted to get the job done right.I will definitely have Steamatic back for my next carpet cleaning.
