Early June, I went to the Scottsdale location with acute pains on my left knee and right ankle after a fall. My daughter drove me there. I told the P.A. that I fell by my pool area, hurt my left knee and dislocated my right ankle and put it back in place. She said immediately that it didn't happen and she was in sports medicine and she had never head of anything like this. They took x-rays and stated that I had no fractures.
Based on their diagnosis, I was told that they wouldn't treat me. I begged for an ace bandage, but was told that they weren't allowed to provide me any care since nothing was broken. I requested that they wheel me to my car. At this point, as the pain was increasing, I couldn't no longer put any weight on either leg. I was in extreme pain. I was given a list for ortho supplier stores (knee brace, foot boot and crutches) for me to buy.

We drove directly to the ortho store and the salesman had to meet me in my car. I was stuck, unable to put weight on my legs. It was quite expensive to buy these items and yet, the salesman made a comment that I should really be in a wheelchair instead. Next day, Statclinix office called me to let me know in fact I had a fracture of the tibia and should make an appointment with an ortho surgeon. Upon seeing the ortho surgeon that same day, I was told that I had a tibia AND a fibula fracture on my right leg, and a knee contusion. I then was properly treated by true medical professionals.

I am extremely upset about how I was treated at StatClinix. I was refused treatments because of their staff medical misdiagnosis. Their PA showed a tremendous lack of compassion and medical knowledge.

Their Scottsdale office called me several times after their mishap to see how I am doing, which is a nice follow up but comes a little late.

I felt completely alone, helpless and I was mistreated by StatClinix. Do not seek urgent care treatments over there, especially if you suspect you broke a bone or two. They don't know how to read X-Rays.

I don't know how many of positive reviews out there were true. I would give zero star if I could. Before I went there for a chest X-ray for TB screening as a pre-employment process, I called them and was told that it should be covered by my insurance. When I was actually there, I was told TB screening might not be covered by my insurance, if the insurance company declined the payment, I need to pay $80 out of pocket, which never happened when I had the same test elsewhere with the same insurance. I thought paying $80 was acceptable because I really need the test ASAP and my PCP was 300 miles away. Eventually, what happened was they charged me a co-pay for an emergency room visit, billed my insurance company $292 for a doctor's visit with history and physical exam, which means the doctor put his stethoscope on my chest for 5 seconds. it is the first time my insurance did a partial payment and they strongly requested me to pay the difference. OMG, when I asked why I kept getting wrong infor. and why nobody told me the real cost before I went to there clinic, the person who was requesting the payment just blamed me for listening to their office staff. What they gave me was only" estimation", it may not be correct. they're not responsible for the estimation but I am responsible for the real cost. So, if you don't want to be surprised by the bills, don't go there.

I had injured my back 12 years ago and have 2 herniated discs. I injured it again and the pain was so intense i could barely walk. I went in on a weekend day and my first experience was the not so friendly receptionist. There was one person in the waiting room with a cold but, the wait was over an hour. When i finally saw the doctor he asked me a few questions and i explained the issue and he said there was NOTHING he could do except give me painkillers. Face to face was a total of 20 mins tops. I paid for the medicine and figured the total bill after insurance would be $50. They never once told me what to expect and i figured its a urgent care shouldnt be to bad. WOW!!!! was i wrong. They billed my insurance $475 for 20 mins and the doctor didnt do any medical treatment on me and my portion was $148.50. the worse part of the story is they sent the bill to the wrong address and when they finally called me i asked Blanca to resend it and i gave her my address again. Weeks went by and i totally forgot about it until i received a letter from a collection company saying if i didnt pay they would file the collection on my credit report. The address on the letter was wrong and it was by chance the mail man knows me and delivered it. When, i went to dispute the charges because i feel i didnt receive $475 worth of treatment i was told my only options were to pay the bill or hire an attorney. WTF. I called Blanca and asked why the bill was so high and she couldnt give me an answer so, basically they can put anything they want and charge your insurance and there is nothing you can do about it. So, if i was you i would rather go to a real emergency room than walk into this place again. I do want to say the Doctor was friendly but might want to concider getting a new office staff.

Have always been treated with respect and professional. Great hours will and do use Stat Clinix.

This is a very nice place to come to. All the people here are very nice. I have never thought of going anywhere else.

Always immediate and great care from the doctors at Stat Clinix. Very caring and always attentive to whatever my issue may be.

I was very pleased with the care I received. The receptionist was friendly as were the nurses. Everyone working there seems very caring and makes you feel comfortable. Great selection of magazines while waiting. I was impressed with the room I was examined in. So clean and stylish. The nurse was lovely and then the doctor came in with a warm smile. He seems to really love what he does, has a great bedside manner and is really interested in his patients. Most important is that he is a good diagnostician and seems quite knowledgeable.

I have been examined and diagnosed twice in the last 6 months by your staff. I am very impressed with the service received and medical treatment that I have received when visiting your clinic. Both times the service was prompt; the associates who took my vital information and the x-ray technician were helpful and pleasant.

Go somewhere else!! 5 min cost $200. Outrageous, really a rip off for the medical community.

Awesome doctor as well as the staff of the office always has a smile on their face. I didn't have a wait which I love and doctor handle me with care. Very knowledge on all treatment and care puts me at complete ease. Thanks

When my son fractured his wrist riding a bike I panicked. My husband told me the ER was probably not necessary and to take him to urgent care. A friend of his had told us about Stat Clinix and it being close to our home. I was so happy to see how fast they took him in. The Dr. was very polite and was able to calm me down, surprisingly my son was completely calm to whole time. It's good to know that there is a place I can go in another situation like this.

I suffer from acute and painful migraines and sometimes when it gets really bad I take myself down to the Stat Clinix to have the doc see if we can get rid of them or at least manage the pain it brings. Every time I go in I end up feeling much better. the doctors and staff are just real friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient for me.

The clinic is very nice and clean. Doctors and staff are kind and knowledgeable. Doctors go through all procedure and answers questions clearly thoroughly.

Short wait time. Staffs are very polite and professional. They were really helpful with our son. Thanks you.

I have to brag about the Stat Urgent Care Clinic in Scottsdale. I went this morning to have my ankle checked I fell while cleaning up gum balls of all things. Here are all of the awesome things that occurred there:

1. Quick paperwork process

2. I sat in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes before they took me back.

3. All of the staff was very friendly and wonderful.

4. My entire visit lasted less than an hour and in that time I was examined, had x-rays, had my x-rays read, talked with the doctor, and had my ankle wrapped. I know they have other locations in Arizona. I'm just glad that there is one so close to home, for one who is accident prone.

I could not agree with the first reviewer more! If you have to be miserable enough to go to the doctor or an emergency room this is the place to go. I didn't have to wait like at an emergency room, they took my info and got me right in. Everyone there was so nice and understanding. They took care of everything that I needed right there in the urgent care. I would recommend this to my friends and family. They were professional and caring. They told me everything that they were going to do before they did it and explained everything to me. Thank you Stat Clinix.

I have never been to such an efficient, friendly and helpful urgent care until I came to Stat Clinix. I trust my life with these folks. Always the best and I would highly recommend them. Best doctors ever!
