The person that picks up the phone has NOOO knowledge at all! by Really Upset Person - 05/09/2009How is this supposed to be all about customer service??? Seriously...WTF! I called to inquire about shuttle service and the person that answer was not professional or had any knowledge at all. Why are you working there if you can not even answer people's questions when they call in?! The person was rude and was no help at all. How's she going to say in a rude tone "what do you wanna know?" com'on now...i've just told you I called about shuttle service. Besides that you couldn't tell me anything and tell me to call back on Monday and talk to someone else! I'm trying to get my plans together!! who the heck are you and why are you answering the phone! It's not the company's fault but it's the lazy people that they employe there. Goodness....I don't need this happening to other people too! We couldn't be happier! by EventPlanner - 03/04/2009A friend of mine from a large Northwest company recommended I contact Starline for our company's annual sales conference. The people we worked with on the phone were knowledgeable and professional, but our real surprise came on the day of the conference! Three immaculately clean buses showed up with drivers in uniforms who treated everyone like they were visiting heads of state! This was more than we bargained for and my boss gave me all the credit for finding them. We will certainly use them next time!
