David stark owner of Carpet One hired my company to perform services and has not made payment on those services. David Stark of Carpet One hired my company for advertising services in January 2012. I have been more than accommodating with the debt but this company has not made any payment as promised in our payment plan. The debt for services we provided are over a year past due and this company is currently spending money towards other advertising. I find their business practices to be unfair and unethical in accordance with the BBB standards.
