These people do not follow-up with anything. I set up an appointment for tomorrow with the understanding that they would call a couple of days in advance to confirm the time. They never called. When I called them, I was told the man I had originally spoken to (Isaiah) was out that day, but that he'd call me first thing the next morning. He didn't. I called again later that day and talked to Isaiah and he said he couldn't really make it tomorrow, but could this afternoon. After checking with my husband to see if one of us should leave work to meet this guy, we decided I would. I called Star Paving back, but Isaiah was at lunch. I left a message that I was heading home and for him to call me so he can stop by this afternoon. The flake never called and I came home for nothing. I called them again to let them know that I will not be giving them any business ever. They do, however, have a polite office staff, for what that's worth.I could tell after the first phone call that these people are probably not reliable, but I tend to give people the benefit of he doubt.
