In 1953 Stahl Brothers purchased the furniture business from John T. Hershey which had been established since 1872. By spring of 1975 construction was underway for the current 41,250 square foot building that still houses Stahls Furniture & Bedding today. People from all over shop at Stahls because we offer the finest in home furnishings with a tradition in quality and guaranteed customer satisfaction. We are the only store in central Illinois to offer Thomasville, Broyhill, La-Z-Boy and Flexsteel under one roof and we will not be undersold on identical items. With so many choices in home furniture today it can be difficult to determine what you are actually getting for your hard earned money. Stahls only purchases from reputable manufacturers that produce long-lasting, quality furniture. Thats why we stand by what we sell. Our knowledgeable furniture associates have been trained to demonstrate the value of furniture and the differences in quality. The warehouse and delivery staff have been trained to properly handle furniture form the time it arrives at our store to the time it is delivered and set up in your home. And yet it does not end there! Stahls also has a warranty service department to assist clients with warranty claims. With our in house furniture repair professionals we can ensure that claims can be handled in a timely manner. Service before, during and after the sale is our number one priority.
