Our excellence lies in the manner of our detail. We are information intensive, safeguarding your privacy and vigilant toward accuracy. We establish clean lines of communication, monitoring both verbal and written exchanges continuously, thus insuring the crystal clarity of flow. Eliminating breakdowns in communication between our physician candidates and our client hospitals is our strong suit.

We are confidential. We earn high marks for the level of our integrity. We keep our promises and don't make them off the cuff. These are the primary reasons hospital administrators elect to contract with Staffphire.

We are thorough. We take care to invest extraordinary amounts of time into the physicians we place. We strive to bring proactive, likeminded and willing partners together for matches as close to perfection as possible. Our physicians, upon placement, typically remain with their new practices 5 years or longer. Our record is top tier.

Unfortunately, we can't assist every doctor who contacts Staffphire. Sometimes we're not the best fit for a particular physician's needs. It is always to our regret that we cannot satisfy everyone, yet we can and do refer to other firms in such situations, and act as advisors when appropriate and called for. We hold the admiration of our peers for this, giving without benefit to ourselves is our appreciative way of giving back.

We've been asked where our loyalties lie. Do we lean toward the physician or toward the client in the placement process? The fact remains, in the world of recruiting doctors we are Switzerland. There is a saying in our office, "be gentle with the doctor’s parakeet." It means to make the smallest family pet happy. Do that, and we make the children who love the family pet happy. Achieve that, and we make the parents who love their children happy. Successful at that, our goal is to make the spouse who loves the physician happy. Upon that, we make the physician happy in their practice.
