had nice unlimited internet until I was bit in ass by sprint!

No service in NE. they cancle you when you roam. Customer loyalty means NOTHING.

We have had Sprint for 7 years. My Husbands a truck driver and his route changed to the Nebraska area. We have 2 smart phones and a broadband pay over 200.00 a month. After a month of him being in Nebraska they sent a letter saying we were in breach of our contract and we were going to be cancled if we didn't change our roaming habits. Their customer service has severly gone downhill as well, I called to talk about this issue and the rep. says, "dont worry the roaming just comes out of your minuets." ??? Shortly after this my phone now does not have more than 2 bars of signal, in Chandler AZ.

LG RUMOR REFLEX is a nightmare

I went to a sprint store that was charging me $89 for each of the new phones plus $37 for each phone activated after having a relationship with them for over 5 years. I didnt even have an offer for being their customer so long, so I went to radio shack and got our phones ($350 retail price) for just $10 each which the Sprint staff would not tell me. Got home and right away the touch display had stuck on the alarm setting. Took the phone back to Radio Shack and they gave me a new one. This one does the same thing and will not respond to the bottom three buttons. The phones produced by Sprint at JUNK. I will wait for my CONTRACT to end and then I will not return to them. They should offer a phone deal easy to their customers but they make being accommodating too hard. This company is just too hard to deal with and they get your money every month. The customer service is poor.

Another shyster corporation

In July of 2009 I purchased a cell phone from Sprint. What they failed to tell me that it will no longer be manufactured. So what happens if you have a problem with the phone there are no longer any parts and if you have a contract you can't cancel but what will happen is this could force you to purchase another phone. This reminds me of Microsoft who will no longer be able to service an out of date software thereby forcing you to purchase the new updated version. There are tons of companies who do the same. We live in a country of money grabing crooks.

Been with Sprint at least 8 years. First 3 had some pain, bills for 6 months were wrong every month. Yes, a pain to deal with. Past two years it's been better. Now when I call or email I get exactly what I want done. Be that a refund or rebate or wave some fee. It's a little work on my part, but now I rarely need to deal with them and basically the coverage I get is better than most of them out there. I work in basically a concrete bunker, 1/2 burried and still get signal! So, they are not perfect - but miles better than they were 3 years ago. Got a couple cool phones, average plans (compared to other carriers), and the phone works pretty much every where I go. Not a Sprint Zealot, but not a hater - I actually kinda like 'um.

This company has to be one of the worst on the planet earth. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. About four times they have charged us for things that we didn't ask for and then took months and months and months of fighting for them to remove the fee. Gasp!

The costomer care at the port orchard store is very poor. The girl who helped me was very rude and not at all helpful. Went to the silverdale store were they were very helpful.
