The Springdale and Suncrest health clinics are the 2 worst clinics I've ever been to in my life. They forget to call in your prescription after your doctors visit for 3 days and then"try" to blame the pharmacy for their screw-up. I also had to find a different hormone medication because it was no longer being manufactured. I asked that if this medication didn't work, would they call in a different one, I was told yes. Well, that was NOT true.. I was told to go see a specialist, which a referral was written. When I finally got in to see the specialist (3 months later), the referral was written for a different matter. I was told by his assistant that if it wasn't written in the referral that he wouldn't discuss it with me and that I'd have to make another appointment and get another referral. That was a full day of my life that I can never get back.
I got very frustrated and went to one of their other clinics. I asked at my appointment again, if this DIFFERENT medication doesn't work, will you "call" in another medication and again I was told YES. Well this 2nd medication didn't work and once again i was told to come back in. I live 40 minutes from both of these clinics and don't want to have to come back in for the exact same thing that I just paid them for. They refused to call in anything for me. I got frustrated and told them I was going to an OB GYN and get it done right this time. A few weeks later I called and made an appointment at the Springdale health clinic so I could get all of my other meds filled. I received a call 22 hours before my appointment telling me that the doctor didn't think I was a good fit for him. Mind you, I've NEVER SEEN THIS DOCTOR BEFORE IN MY LIFE AND HE'S TELLING ME THAT I'M NOT A GOOD FIT FOT HIM, THE PERSON I HAD SEEN AT BOTH OF THESE CLINICS WAS A PHYSICIANS ASSISTANT, NEVER THE DOCTOR... This doctor has NEVER laid eyes on me and he says that I'm not a good fit. I feel that these 2 clinics wanted me to come in for every little thing because I have medical insurance and most of the people that go there don't have insurance and are seen on a sliding scale and they wanted my insurance because they received the full amount.

So for my advice, if you have insurance, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE........
