Al and Bud’s vision for a country club in the community began in earnest that same year as the inside nine holes were shaped and planted. Favorable fall weather provided for a strong grow-in and the course opened to the public for play on May 2, 1960 as Spring Hill Golf and Country Club.

Spring Hill's championship eighteen-hole course was built upon some of the most fertile ground in the world over 50 years ago. The terrain of the land and soil types make it such that Spring Hill is one of the most enjoyable winter courses in the entire Pacific Northwest. Spring Hill has a unique "de-watering" system that allows the irrigation pumps used to water the course in the summer and to pump rainwater that is collected throughout the course into drainage areas and holding ponds.

Recent improvements to the golf course include a new approach and bunker complex on the par-5 15th hole and a new tee complex on the par-3 8th hole that has nearly doubled the amount of tee surface and lengthened the hole by 40+ yards. Another new tee complex on the 11th hole will be completed in the spring of 2011 which will completely change the look and yardage of that hole forever! Resurfacing of multiple tee boxes is scheduled for early 2011 to improve shot value on par-3's. The 10th hole will get a new green surround and bunker complex in 2011 and its tee boxes will be lengthened and widened.

The Club will handle all food and beverage requirements for your event. If needed, we can also assist in the planning of your event from start to finish. Every event held at our venue is special to the host and we pride ourselves in our ability to personalize each one. We offer our Fairway, Bronze, and Fireside rooms, which may be used separately or combined into one large banquet room. Our Boardroom accommodates meetings and smaller parties. Downstairs we have a more informal atmosphere in our Players Grille area.
