I needed Dorothy’s wisdom, skills, and down to earth support to help me tackle our yard and small gardens. We are not very knowledgeable and also have limitations of age. She was great at listening and respecting our limits. She helped us understand how to tackle the overgrowth. She and her 2 workers got it under control and now we can better maintain it. We’ll ask her back in early Spring for more help.

First the good (and there was a lot actually). I called Ms. Dorothy Kane and got her right away on the phone. I was wanting my pine tree with a bonsai cut. She came right over and spent about 15 min really getting to know my tree and garden. She had some great ideas and I felt very comfortable with her. I was very excited for her to do the work. She appeared conscientious and attentive and seemed to know what she was talking about. I had a huge party two weeks out and I wanted it done before then. She said it was no problem and we worked out a couple of days that might work for her and "her guys." Those days rolled around and she didn't show up or call, but it was lose at that point and not a huge deal, I still had a week and a half left. More days rolled by with no call so I called her and clarified that she could still do it and shared my excitement over anticipation of her work.
