Great selection and help by Iliketobaccotoo - 07/27/2009I live outside of the Springs area and make occasional special trips to Specialty Sports for my needs. Nothing but good service every time I have been in there. Prices are reasonable too.
Great store by Teeko - 07/14/2009If you have had bad experience with someone find someone else in that store to talk too. Everyone that has helped me at that store was frindly and very helpful. Ive done a lot of research and their prices are more the fair for a store. Even dick's and walmart were more expensive when I got my 10/22. It's kinda sad to tell everyone bad things about this store when you went in thier with a chip on your shoulder delt with one person and prob looked at one gun. Their is a reason that anytime they are open thier store is packed with people. Its a great store imo.
Avoid at all cost by Michael - 06/11/2009I see that other people have had the same problems as I have when coming here. I also had a bad experince with a bald guy that was chewing tobacco and spitting it in to a can while talking to me. When I was trying to talk to him it was like I was wasting his time by being there trying to buy a gun. There prices are little high but I didn't like dealing with hassel of buying guns online and having them shipped to a FFL holder. After my encounter with Mr. Tobacco I will just order online and wait for it to ship to FFL holders. I wish colorado springs had a decent gun dealer that treated people with respect and not like we are burdens.
