Don't waste your time at Spaulding Rehab in Framingham! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and was rear-ended in a high-speed auto accident which caused me to lose my job. I was told when I started PT here in November 2011 that I had no co-payment. (She even commented and said, "Isn't that nice!") Then, three months into PT I received a bill. I called and found out that my COBRA insurance had changed terms on 1/1/2012 and I now had a $35 co-payment for EVERY visit. I *immediately* stopped treatment as I can't afford $70 out-of-pocket each week for PT. I called to discuss my $210 balance (for 2012 co-payments) and spoke with the Spaulding Framingham office manager, Lynn Ford, who was indignant and more-or-less called me a liar. How would she know what conversation I had with their physical therapist (who, ironically, no longer works there). Find another rehabilitation provider . . . this one has no integrity!
