Terrible!!! Waited over 6 months for my wedding dress to be cleaned. After 3 months of waiting, I started to call about every two weeks or so. Every time I called, I would ask if they knew when it might be done and they would say that they didn't know and the person that would know was not there. I asked them to leave a message for this person and have them call me when they were in. I left several messages (at least 3 that I can remember) over the months and never received a call. I finally got the call that it was done so I went to pick it up and when I got home it was not my dress in the box. My veil was in the box but it was not my dress. I called to explain and they had me bring back the dress. When I got there, I gave back the dress and asked to see my dress to know that they had not lost it. It was in a pile of dresses and the man handling it was not careful with it at all. Just tossing it around as if it was a cheap top from kohls, not an expensive wedding dress. I looked at it and it didn't look like anything had been done to it at all. The bottom of the dress still had dirt and grass stains on it. I saw this and asked why it still looked like it hadn't been treated and he said something about it had been dry cleaned but not wet cleaned. Seriously?... 6 months and still not done? They told me they would finish it and drop it off the following Friday (2 days later). On that Friday, I didn't hear anything from them, so I decided to call at 2pm. They said, "oh yeah, it's done. You can come pick it up whenever." All this was worth $150? I understand that mistakes happen and everyone is human. And if only one thing was wrong with this scenario, I would be understanding. But with the long length of time, poor communication, poor service and handling off my dress, and on top of it, giving me the wrong dress, I am not pleased. I posted this on my facebook and found out that this is not the first time this has happened!!!! Don't use Sparks!

New to town asked around everyone said go to sparks I checked reviews not many out there read a couple negative ones tried it and thank god I did !

I only dropped off 2 items a very nice dress shirt and pair of linen pants that I know are hard too press shirt was great but the pants were fantastic !

a real mom and pop type shop with a seamstress right there looks like everything is done right there too which I think is key

I went in to get my 2 uniforms pressed and it cost me $30.00. The uniformS had creases all over them, the pockets were not even ironed, when I came in to get them. When I came home I had to iron them myself so I paid for nothing.
