Took wife's car there to have driver side door handle replaced. Left car there two times all day . Had to get ride to and from work both days .Said part was on order will be in. They said they called local dealers for part and said part was on back order .Third day went there and was told part was to be delivered between 9AM and 10AM.I called local dealers and picked up the part myself within a half an hour. I will say the person I talked to at Spacetown was very friendly but if they didn't want to do the job just say so. Don't waste mind time with stories. I am sad to say I'll never go back. Not recommend.

I had my car towed there, and my company recommended I get it fixed there. The job came out beautiful, and the manager was very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend it.

This place claims to have "minimum down time and expert color matching" but when I took my car here for minor work they had it for 2 weeks and the paint was not even close to matching the original, so when I mentioned this all I got was an attitude problem from the manager. Other people have said the same thing about this place. I'll never do business with this place again.
