Our records show you reserved & paid for a therapeutic massage (not deep tissue), so we apologize if a mis-communication may have led to your dissatisfaction. Since our efforts to reach you by e-mail & phone have been unsuccessful so far, we invite you to please call our Spa Director so she may provide you with the opportunity to regain your confidence in The Spa Within. Our spa team includes several highly trained, licensed massage therapists; some who specialize in deep tissue, sports massage & reflexology.
