Dear Ms. MartinezCustomer service is our number one priority at Southwest Diesel and we would never want you to feel like you were taken advantage of. I want to apologize for any confusion or miscommunication that took place between you and I regarding the charges for accurately diagnosing the fuel system on your Dodge truck. Like going to the doctor's office, it is fair and common practice in the automotive industry to charge for testing and diagnostics. Please contact me directly at 602-740-4103 so that I may have the opportunity to refund your money.Sincerely,Jake Jones, Vehicle Service ManagerSouthwest Diesel & Electrical

So frustrated... Called Steve this morning at Southwest Diesel in Phoenix. Asked specifically if they had a D-Tech PMD in stock for my 6.5l engine. He tells me they have it in stock and the price. Then he tells me he can lower the price if I have a business, which I do. I tell him fine. I will be in later in the afternoon to pick it up. I get there and Steve is gone early for a "family emergency". And NO, they don't keep D-Tech products in stock and would order it for me or sell me the Stanadyne brand they do stock. If I was happy with that brand, I wouldn't have asked for the D-TECH!! I tell them I could have ordered one online myself if I was told you don't stock them. Typical bait and switch. Wasted an hour of my time in 100ú heat, gas to drive across town and back and now an extra day waiting for the part I should have ordered online for less in the first place. I thought you had to work in Washington D.C. to be this incompetent.
