I scheduled an appointment to have a tooth pulled. When I went to the appointment they looked at it and scheduled me for the next day. They made me pay for it in advance at that time. I came back the next day for the extraction but was told to reschedule again for the next week. After I got home I decided I could not wait another week and scheduled with another dentist for the next day. They pulled the tooth immediately. I then called Southwest Dental Group again, canceled my appointment and asked for a refund. They said OK but it will take up to 6 weeks. I agreed to that. The next week they called me to remind me of the appointment and I told them again that I had the work done already. I reminded them about the refund again. I have called several times and still have not received my refund after 3 months. I have reported them to the BBB now and still no refund.

Changed my son's treatment plan three times in three days. Did work that we were not told about and did not do work we were told of. I have paid about six hundred dollars to these people and they did not complete the work that we had been told would be needed. They also called today to move up his appointment by two hours, which was fine, but then we waited two hours in the office for him to be seen. Then they did work on his teeth that we had never been told about.

I'd rather shop for a used car then deal with these people. Won't answer a phone. Won't call you back. Won't be timely or competent. Won't notify you when they change doctors on you. Won't give you a straight answer. Won't involve you in decisions about your treatment. I'd let my teeth rot before I go back to these people.
