We provide both telephone answering and office support services to help you keep your business running smoothly. For over thirty years we have been the total business service for many very satisfied clients.

We maintain high standards so that we may provide the highest quality service.

Our wide variety of options allows us to custom-tailor the service you utilize. Our services are not "packaged", so you don't have to pay for options you won't use. We make every effort to accommodate your business needs.

Phone answering service includes a private phone number answered in your company name for you to forward your phone to, or you can use one of our phone numbers. Your business information will be programmed into our computerized answering system. Your calls will always be answered by a live voice, not a recording. Messages are typed into the system, not handwritten.

You can arrange for us to page you with all messages or for emergencies only. We can screen your calls and transfer any calls to you at your request. Messages are saved for one month and can be retrieved if necessary.

We can take orders for you!

Information taken may include name, company name, full address, phone number including area code, and major credit card information, in addition to the items your customer wants to order.

South Suburban Answering and Secretarial Service can handle all your office support needs! Word processing, office correspondence, legal documents, price lists, proposals, forms, mailing lists, manuals and resumes, are professionally separated and styled. We can use bold, underline, right-hand justification or proportional spacing for added impact. We offer several type styles for the professional look you desire.

All documents are stored on your personal disc which we provide, enabling us to update information at a future time. Documents are printed on our laser printer, or continuous forms can be fed through our 24-pin printer.

We are able to send one letter personally addressed to many people using your mailing list. We maintain your custom mailing list(s) and sort and select according to your criteria.

We transcribe dictation, and can reword or rewrite for you. If you have difficulty putting thoughts on paper, we can compose your letters. Every page is checked for spelling and punctuation accuracy.
